The Shameless Lair: Code of Conduct

Goal of the Community

The Shameless Lair is committed to helping women and femmes live, work, and play, in alignment with less shame and self-judgment. We accomplish this through intuitive practices, intentionality, story weaving, and supporting one another in a safe and brave space.

Practices we use in the Shameless Lair include tarot and oracle cards, meditation, reflection prompts, and soul-full story sharing and space holding. We aim to provide a harassment-free experience for everyone.

Applicability and Scope

This code of conduct applies to every space in this community, including:

  • Public channels,

  • Private channels,

  • Discussions,

  • Direct messages,

  • Comments,

  • Live events (virtual and in-person).

Anyone who violates this code of conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from part or all the community spaces, at the discretion of the administrators.

Fostering a Welcoming and Safe Environment

The Shameless Lair strives to create an inclusive and uplifting environment where diverse individuals can connect and collaborate in a respectful and affirming way.

Behaviors that contribute to nurturing this environment include:

  • Using inclusive language,

  • Avoiding cultural appropriation,

  • Respecting differing viewpoints and experiences,

  • Gracefully accepting responsibility and constructive criticism,

  • Showing empathy and kindness towards other community members and leadership,

  • Addressing personal (conscious and unconscious) biases,

  • Continuing one’s education on becoming more inclusive and a better ally to other groups.

We recognize that impact matters even if our intent wasn’t malicious and we strive to do and be better when we know better.

Who We Are

Women or femmes who desire to embrace ourselves fully, build meaningful connections, and create a life that feels in alignment, including on a personal, professional, spiritual, and/or sensual level.

Due to the private nature of certain discussions and topics we may address, including intuitive practices like tarot, and exploration of our sensual selves (one way in which we can incorporate more “play” in our lives), all members, leaderships, and guest experts must be 18+ years old to join this community.

The Shameless Lair is thus a sex-positive community that welcomes individuals who are:

  • Interested or engaging in ethical non-monogamy/polyamorous relationships,

  • Part of the LGBTQIA+ community,

  • Into BDSM and kink.

Who We Are Not

TERF (trans-exclusionary radical feminist). Exploiters. Racists. Bigots. Robots.

Please note that while we may discuss sensuality-related topics, none of the content or services provided in the community or by Natacha Guyot LLC qualify as sex work or services. All content and discussions are meant to be educational and foster self-reflection.

None of the content shared in the community qualifies as financial, medical, mental health, or legal advice.
